Q. I had my kitchen remodeled, installed a new stainless sink, new garbage disposal, and pipes. The sink stayed in the same place as the old sink. Within two weeks there was an odor coming from the sink.
OakGreen will serve as a liaison between the landlord and the tenant, allowing a separation between the two. OakGreen will collect rent, send out monthly statements & receipts, respond to and address management/maintenance issues. OakGreen offers Project Management services for renovations, new constructions, and home project ideas. OakGreen will help clients develop Real Estate Properties that “actually” increase rental and real estate portfolios. Including managing the Budget, Time-line, & Contractors.
