Rick Judson, a Charlotte-based home builder with more than 35 years of experience in the building industry, was elected as the 2012 first vice chairman of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) during the association's recent International Builders' Show in Orlando.
OakGreen will serve as a liaison between the landlord and the tenant, allowing a separation between the two. OakGreen will collect rent, send out monthly statements & receipts, respond to and address management/maintenance issues. This may also include act of Purchasing Properties or Selling Properties for the client.
OakGreen offers Project Management services for renovations, new constructions, and home project ideas. OakGreen will help clients develop Real Estate Properties that “actually” increase rental and real estate portfolios. Including managing the Budget, Time-line, & Contractors.
